The BMC Fourstroke R 01 ONE is a purpose-built cross-country race machine designed for podium chasers and riders who demand speed, precision, and efficiency on every course. Combining cutting-edge BMC design with Impec Lab-engineered performance, this bike delivers an unparalleled ride experience for competitive XC racing.
At its core is the 120mm APS suspension platform, tuned for optimal traction, efficiency, and active suspension on all terrain. Paired with the Autodrop integrated dropper post, riders can lower their seat instantly without losing power, allowing aggressive descents or technical lines with complete confidence. BMC’s progressive geometry—including a 66.5° head angle and long front-end—ensures stability on descents and precision in every turn.
The premium carbon frame is engineered for stiffness and light weight, while the ICS Carbon XC one-piece cockpit adds control and compliance where it matters most. Front and rear suspension rely on Öhlins RXC34 Carbon fork and Öhlins TXC2 Air shock, tuned for XC racing efficiency, traction, and responsiveness. The SRAM XX SL Eagle AXS drivetrain delivers wireless, 12-speed shifting with impeccable precision, complemented by a SRAM XX SL power meter to track every watt. Lightweight DT Swiss XRC 1200 wheels round out the package, providing strength, stiffness, and speed.
Optimized for marathon and XC courses, the Fourstroke R 01 also features tire clearance for up to 2.4” XC tires and room for two water bottles, ensuring versatility for long-distance rides without compromising race performance.
